All Retainers are non-refundable. You are able to reschedule using that same retainer fee only one time and is required to be 24hrs prior to original appointment schedule. Only the person who’s receiving service is allowed in the facility at appointment time. Appointment are required , walk-ins are available. All new clients require to book a consultation before any service and be done! Hours of operation is 9am-6pm after hours will require an extra fee, same as early bird hours. 15mins late for scheduled appointment with no communication is an automatic cancellation, if I’m 15mins late for a booked appointment with no communication is an automatic retainer refund. Walk-ins must pay a consultation fee upfront. No smoking in the facility.
